MoosePacks™ warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the lifespan of the product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by any neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, zipper failure, natural breakdown of colors and materials, or improper installation. The warranty does not cover, and MoosePacks™ shall have no liability to you for, and hereby disclaims, any and all damages, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, caused by, or arising from or relating to, the product or its use or misuse. MoosePacks™ disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 

MoosePacks™ does not take responsibility for any improper usages of the products. Do not leave valuable items in or on our products when left unattended. MoosePacks™ does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged goods, when using our products. Do not leave products attached to bikes when being stored or while they are traveling on a vehicle. 

MoosePacks™ does not take responsibility for products that are installed incorrectly. Do not over-tighten the products when installing. Please see our product guide page for proper use. 

Dog Gear warranty policy states: that all product(s) that become damaged by original purchasers’ dog, will qualify for repair and or replacement of the item(s). All damaged product(s) must be mailed back to MoosePacks LLC for inspection before replacement. We believe in minimum waste, therefor we will reuse any component of the product(s) that still retain proper structure without jeopardizing the product(s) over all intended use. Do not use dog gear product(s) for anything other than the intended use of being placed on the dog and walking/running the dog.

Our products are not waterproof--Please note: The Construction of our bags does not consist of welded seams; therefore, the product is not fully waterproof. Although we use textiles with water resistant coatings and 200+psi waterproof rating, we suggest when traveling with equipment that cannot resist water damage, to please use an industry rated dry bag. Do not submerge our products under water. Please hand wash items with a damp rag and hang to air dry.
