The warranty does not cover damage caused by any neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, zipper failure, natural breakdown of colors and materials, improper installation, or damaged caused by other bicycle components when installed properly. The warranty does not cover, and MoosePacks, LLC shall have no liability to you for, and hereby disclaims, any and all damages, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, caused by, or arising from or relating to, the product or its use or misuse. MoosePacks, LLC disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

MoosePacks, LLC does not take responsibility for any improper usages of the products. Do not leave valuable items in or on our products when left unattended. MoosePacks, LLC does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged goods, when using our products. Do not leave products attached to bikes when being stored or while they are traveling on a vehicle.

MoosePacks, LLC does not take responsibility for products that are installed incorrectly. Do not over-tighten the products when installing. We recommend that you the user periodically remove said product(s), inspect for damage, clean and properly reinstall. Our products are not waterproof--Please note: The Construction of our bags does not consist of welded seams; therefore, the product is not fully waterproof. Although we use textiles with water resistant coatings and 200+psi waterproof rating, we suggest when traveling with equipment that cannot resist water damage, to please use an industry rated dry bag. Do not submerge our products under water. Please hand wash items with a damp rag and hang to air dry.
